PINKS PARLOUR TO OFFICIALLY OPEN ITS DOORS ON FRIDAY 24TH MAY!
After years of planning, we are so excited to announce an exciting new venture for Pinks Vintage Ice Cream… we are opening Pinks Parlour, our artisan gelato ice cream parlour in Waterloo Square, Bognor Regis, this coming Friday 24th May!
We have taken on the seaside premises with the aim of serving happiness to Bognor residents and visitors in the form of our artisan gelato – a traditional Italian-style ice cream that’s smoother, silkier and tastier than your average iced treat!

On the menu will be cones and cups of gelato (of course!) as well as Italian barista coffee, waffles, sundaes, shakes and soda floats! Whilst they’ll be flavours you know and love, we are also putting our own twist on tradition – but you’ll have to pop by the parlour to taste them for yourself. And, the parlour aims to cater for all with vegan and gluten-free options, as well as dog ice cream that’s perfectly safe for your pooch!
Pinks Parlour has been custom designed and fitted out by Italian specialists who have designed some of Italy’s most famous gelato shops. We visited Perguia in Italy to agree the designs and also learn how to make authentic Italian gelato ourselves!

The parlour will also have its very own Ice Cream Lab where you can see the gelato being made – either from outside the premises through the windows on the High Street side of the parlour or from inside while you wait for your sundae, waffle or shake.
We are so passionate about the quality of our ice cream: “We work very hard to make our artisan gelato ice cream the best it can possibly be. We even travelled to Italy to learn how to make it properly! All of our gelatos are freshly made here in our Ice Cream Lab. We use the finest ingredients and follow traditional methods, shared by our Italian friends, with a sprinkling of our very own Bognorian fun!” – Katy, Mrs Whippy
Pinks Parlour is also committed to supporting everyone in the community and we have hired a team that includes people who previously have struggled to find their place in the world of work – either because of health or life challenges. “By providing a supportive and structured environment we are enabling people to discover their true potential and make every day count, one scoop at a time.” – Georgia, Little Miss Whippy
